Project 24 #3. Mood or Emotion (The Happy Shoot)

For those of you who have been following my blog, I have been (slowly) trying to do Florabella's Project 24.
I've made it to challenge #3: mood or emotion!
At first, I was thinking I wanted to do a moody/sad picture, but my mom and sister talked me out of it. :p
So I volunteered Aubrey to model for me, and we set out to take happy pictures instead!
Although, I think they could probably pass as "mortified" pictures...
Poor Aubrey.   I kept telling her to "look happy" and even made her jump for me.   Let's just say she wasn't exactly happy about it.
But she was a good sport.   For the most part...

This is the one I've decided to use for the challenge.
This was the happiest she got for my photo shoot.   I think she was glaring at me and rolling her eyes for the rest of them...

I kind of like it. :)   Here are some of the other pictures I took that day...

So I'm pretty sure I'm going to hate myself for posting these.   I was trying to get Aubrey to jump and she would not do it, because there were cars driving by.  So my mom said she would jump with her to get her to do it.   And then they made me jump too.
Gotta say, I understood Aubrey's humiliation after they made me do it...
I love how my mom managed to not get one picture of us actually in the air, but she was able to capture me in the most awkward positions.
Not sure if she did that on purpose or not.
Good thing I made those pictures smaller...

Flee Market Findings

I'm finally getting the chance to share a few pictures from this insanely awesome flee market we went to last week in Florida!   It was amazing.   Endless rows of tables and booths covered with vintage treasures, trinkets, and pretty things.   There was so much to look at and take in that it was almost a little overwhelming.
We were on the hunt for some interesting vintage beads and findings for our shop.   I'll admit, we got a little sidetracked, though...

I am in love with vintage cards.

Look at all that stuff just begging to be re-made into something awesome!

Pretty fruits and veggies...

And here is some of the stuff we took home!  I foresee a crafting day soon...
Don't you just love the little cupid charms? <3

My Senior Shoot by Aubrey

Hey guys!
These pictures were taken a couple weeks ago by my awesome sister, Aubrey.   (Edits by me.)

My mom wanted a few pictures of me on the same beach where I took my brother's senior pictures several years ago.   So I reluctantly handed my camera to Aubrey and became the model for a change.
I've decided I like SO much better being the one behind the camera rather than in front of it.

This is the first of probably three senior photo shoots. haha...
I recently found out my Uncle likes photography, so I think he is planning on doing a shoot for me...
and I also recently won a free photo shoot from the fabulous Audra Bender(I just realized I don't normally use that word. Wierd...)
I'm so excited to meet Audra.  I'm hoping she can give me some tips!
So yah, I'm pretty sure I'm going to have more pictures of myself than I will know what to do with.

Here you go...

Thanks, Aubrey, for doing a great job!
Yah...it was super windy...
